Become a Member

PMI Members

If you are already a Project Management Institute (PMI) member but are not yet a PMI Eastern Iowa Chapter (EIC) member, you can add PMI EIC to your membership profile by following these steps:

1. Go to www.pmi.org.
2. Enter your Username and Password in the top-right corner and click "Log In."
3. If you wish to check to see if you are already a member of our chapter, do the following:
   • Click "Home" from the top menu bar.
   • Scroll to the bottom of the home page to view "My Status."
   • If "Eastern Iowa Chapter" is listed under "My Communities," then you are already a PMI EIC member. If Eastern Iowa Chapter is not listed, proceed with the following steps.
4. Click the "Marketplace" tab.
5. In the menu list, select "Community Membership," then "Chapters."
6. Using the navigation links provided, browse the chapter lists until you find the "Eastern Iowa Chapter."
7. Click "Join."
8. Click the "Add to cart" button.
9. Click the "Checkout" button and follow the prompts for payment.
10. Once you have completed your purchase, our chapter records will be updated with your membership information within the next four weeks.

Non-Members

If you are not already a PMI member, you can join both PMI Global and the Eastern Iowa Chapter at the same time.

1. Go to www.pmi.org.
2. In the top menu bar, click "Join."
3. Review the pricing information, then click "Join" to proceed.
4. Click "Add to cart."
5. In the menu list, select "Community Membership," then "Chapters."
6. Using the navigation links provided, browse the chapter lists until you find the "Eastern Iowa Chapter."
7. Click "Join."
8. Click the "Add to cart" button.
9. Click the "Checkout" button and follow the prompts for payment.
10. Once you have completed your purchase, our chapter records will be updated with your membership information within the next four weeks.
