President
Paddy Puthige, MBA, PMP®
Paddy has over 15 years of experience in the IT and Project Management area. Currently Paddy is an IT Project Manager at Rockwell Collins. Prior to this, Paddy
worked for Pearson Educational Measurement and MCI.
Paddy received his PMP®
certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) in 2002 and
has an Engineering Degree and a MBA from the University of Iowa.
In addition to his involvement in the local chapter, Paddy is the core team member of Professional Development Symposiums (PDS) organized by PMI-ISSIG. Paddy has provided volunteer support for this event for 2007 and 2008. Paddy will also be providing support as core team member of the ‘Sessions Team’ in 2009. Paddy has
also represented the chapter at multiple PMI Region 2 meetings and national PMI leadership meetings.

VP of Communications and Publicity
Tammy Sweat, PMP®
Tammy has over 20 years of IT Project Management experience. Tammy is currently a Lead Engineer at ACT implementing ITIL best practices within IT.
She is also responsible for upgrading the Service Desk software and monitoring systems.
Prior to this Tammy was a Process Engineer and Software Developer
at Pearson.
Tammy received her Master of Science in Project Management from the University of Wisconsin in 2006, her PMP® certification in 2001 and Tammy received her ITIL foundation certificate in 2007.
Tammy has been a PMI and Eastern Iowa Chapter
member since 2001. In 2009 she is serving as VP of Communications and Publicity. She also served as the Director of Programs in 2007 and the Director of Newsletter in 2008.

VP of Education
Suzanne Prymek, PMP®
Suzanne has 12 years of Project Management experience, including planning and executing large scale complex contracts and programs. Suzanne is currently a Senior Program Support Specialist at Rockwell Collins in the Government Systems
group providing support to newly formed teams with pre execution program planning and proposal support. Prior to this, Suzanne was a Lead Business Analyst at ACT
and also worked as a Project Manager at Pearson where she was responsible for the planning and execution of large scale state testing programs.
Suzanne received her Bachelor's of Science in Business from Mount Mercy College in 2006
and her PMP® from the Project Management Institute (PMI) in August of 2005 and a Yellow Belt in Six Sigma from the University of Wisconsin in October 2007.
Suzanne has been a PMI and Eastern Iowa Chapter
member since 2002. In 2009 she is serving as VP of Education. She also served as the Director of Programs in 2008.

VP of Finance
Brian Thorn, PMP®
Brian has over 15 years of experience in the engineering, process improvement and quality fields. Currently Brian is a Sr. Financial Systems Analyst for Pearson. Prior to his current position, Brian was a Sr. Process Engineer for Pearson.
Brian received his Industrial Engineering Degree and MBA from University of Iowa
and his PMP® from the Project
Management Institute (PMI) in 2005.
Brian has been a PMI and Eastern Iowa Chapter member since 2005. This will be his first time as a leadership team member of the Eastern Iowa Chapter.

VP of Operations
Bhaskar Pulikal, MBA, CISA, PMP®
Bhaskar has more than 20 years of experience in IT and Project Management in Banking, Finance and Telecommunication areas. Bhaskar started his career with a Management role in Reserve Bank of India and has worked
in senior positions for over 15 years. He is currently a Senior Project Manager
at Verizon Business for large IT projects. Bhaskar has been with
Verizon Business (formerly MCI) for 10 years.
Bhaskar did his Masters at Indian Institute for Technology. He started his MBA degree with
the University of Cincinnati and completed it at the University of Iowa in 2002.
He obtained his PMP® from the Project
Management Institute (PMI) and has the Information Systems Audit (CISA)
certification.
In 2009 Bhaskar is continuing to serve as VP of Operations. He also served as Director of Logistics and Director of Individual Outreach.

VP of Outreach
David Tominsky
David has over 9 years of experience in the technology execution business. He is currently employed at TEKsystems, one of the nation's largest single source providers of information technology and communications staffing and services, and a provider of more than 20,000 professionals to client locations every day. As an Account Manager at TEKsystems, David's responsibilities include business development for staffing services and education services.
In 2009 David is continuing to serve as VP of Outreach. In 2008 he
played a crucial role in the success of the chapters inaugural
Professional Development Day. He has also served as an Outreach Director. David has also represented the chapter at multiple PMI Region 2 meetings and is very active within PMI Region 2.

Darin A. Hart, MBA PMP® ITIL
Darin has over 15 years of experience in Project Management, Application Development,
and Quality Assurance in the Telecommunications, Energy, Insurance, Hospitality, Engineering & Construction,
Manufacturing, and Healthcare industries.
Darin has been employed by Perot Systems Corporation for over 15 years
and is currently the Enterprise Methodology Owner
focusing on their project, program and portfolio management methodologies.
He received has his MBA from the University of Iowa in 2008, his PMP® from the Project Management Institute (PMI) in February 2004, and ITIL Foundations certification in 2006.
Darin has been a PMI and Eastern Iowa Chapter
member since 1997. He served as the VP of Communications during 2004-2006,
President 2007-2008 and Past-President in 2009. |

Provide a forum for professional project managers to promote the principles
